Went to Penang for vacation two weeks ago. Penang is wonderful! It's like a mini Hong Kong :3 I actually been there once when i was 6 or 7 i think. I forgot everything. I don't even know what i did there. So i guess this is the reason why my parents don't bring me overseas when i was a kid. I'll waste their money for sure.

To avoid eating the last 'batch' of food in Ipoh, we woke up early in the morning just to reach there by time. Reached there after two hours, my butt was so pain. I can't imagine what will happen to my butt if the car ride is four hours plus. Oh god. I just hate long car rides :c Unluckily, our favorite 'har mee' and 'hor fun' stall did not open. I almost cried my lungs out. jk. We then changed plan to eat something else, it is still some famous mee shop :3 Their 'gon lou mee' is love. Call me cinapek or what but i love eating Chinese food. We then set offed to Penang after that. Prepare for the 'ma butt is pain' trip. After two hours of car ride, again, we finally reached Penang!
The first place we went to is the peaceful Kek Lok Si Temple, felt so relaxed and calmed at there. It was so sunny and hot that time. Thank god i brought my shades with me. We then had our lunch at the famous Asam Laksa stall near there. It was indeed delicious, not that spicy, suitable for kids. Arrived at the hotel after that to check-in. *Grabs the room key and went to our room**went in and opened the balcony's curtain* It's so beautiful! The scenery of the sparkling blue sea and the sky was just in front of me. Never get a room like this before. Not even when I went overseas. *sobs*
Ran down to the pool and beach after throwing all of our luggage and stuff inside the room. This is how excited i am but the sad part is, i can't really waste that much time playing. You know why? Cuz i need to study for the freaking test! Yes, i brought my books too. Screw exams and tests, they ruined my vacation mood. *flips table* We then had our dinner at the outdoor food court at Gurney Drive. Mommy's coming yo, FOOD. Thought we could take a look at the Ubah bird but sadly we're late for few days :/

Second day in Penang. So dead tired. i would stick to the hotel's bed for the whole day if it's not a trip. After having our breakfast at hotel, we went to Penang Hill like finally. I still remember when i went there last time, it's always closed or whatever crap. I thought the cable car will be super duper slow when going uphill but unexpectedly, it was super duper fast. Dad told me they have upgraded it. The peak is 700+m above the sea level plus it is surrounded by the sea, so the air up there was really fresh and cool. I still remember the bistro at there was playing BIGBANG's Fantastic baby and I have the urge to dance in the crowd at that time. Hahaha. #FANGIRLPROBLEMS
Had our lunch at Penang's old street after that. Went there because of the shop's lobak and 'char kuey teow'. After having our lunch, we strolled down the street for half an hour. Dad brought us to this new area called Straits Quay. Damn, that place looks like Macau + Hong Kong, classy much, and also a parking lot for all the yachts. Rich people, rich people everywhere. *opens my wallet**sigh* All of us were so tired that day, so we decided to go back to hotel to take some rest and nap then go out to have our dinner at Gurney Drive, again. We also went to Komtar and the shopping centre opposite it after that. The clothes were so cheap compared to here! Saw this denim high waist pants with crosses only cost RM20! But too bad a lot of the shops were closed cuz we reached there quite late :/ Must go there to shop next time.

Let's all take a ride. |

Last day in Penang. Woke up quite late that day, we even skipped the hotel's breakfast but it's not that bad though cuz we're going to have our brunch at Ipoh :3 Ipoh's food are still the best for me. Hehe. Checked-out at the hotel at 11 am and then set offed to Ipoh. Need to feel the 'my butt is pain' feeling again. Nuhh. Was enjoying the last view of Penang while driving along the Penang bridge. Penang is surely a beautiful place. After two hours of car ride, we reached Ipoh. Went to our favorite 'gam bou fun' stall to have our lunch. That place have way too many people, all of them were queuing for that stall. This is how delicious it is. Besides that, the price is super cheap, you will never find this price in KL. NEVER. Dad ordered quite a lots of stuff and it only costs RM20+/30.
Finally back to PJ after two hours of car ride from Ipoh. Oh I hate long distance car rides :c I feel like jumping out from the car everytime TT Anyways, HOME SWEET HOME. I missed my bed, posters, air-con, computer etc so much. Even though the hotel was super comfy and stuff, I still prefer my own house. Now here comes the sad part, we need to cleaned up all the mess inside the luggage. Why can't the clothes clean up themselves. WHY. This is what i dislike about going outstation, camps and overseas sometimes. These bitter-sweet feelings after a vacation, should i cry or should i smile? HAHAHA.
